Such event is not for the first time in Rwanda Senate, because recently, Senators and Senate staff have been trained on social media but the members of Technology branch in the Parliament observed that it is not fruitful to teach a big group without following up if every one understands the use of technology  and some Senators were absent. Announced Mwitabangoma Yvan, Director General of ICT.

Such training shall take place in other committees, in order to more train Senators on the use of Social media, joining them in their committees as small group. Concerning the staff, they already use them but for those who do not know, they will have time to be trained for they are few.
