The Committee on Social Affairs, Education, Technology and Youth is specifically responsible for monitoring the application of the following fundamental principles:

1. Eradication of discrimination and divisionism based on ethnicity, region or on any other ground as well as the promotion of national unity;
2. Constant quest for solutions through dialogue and consensus.
