Ms. MUKAMURENZI Donata is currently the Director General of Legislative, Procedural, and Translation Services, overseeing legislative support, parliamentary procedures, and translation services. She holds an LLM in Public International Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Kigali Independent University, a postgraduate diploma in Legislative Drafting and Legal Practice from ILPD, and an Associate Degree in Languages from the National University of Rwanda.
The Director General of Legislative, Procedural and Translation Services oversees all legal drafting, advisory, and translation services across the Chamber’s organs.
