MUKARUKUNDO Josette

Josette Mukarukundo is a Business Analyst at the Parliament of Rwanda, where she contributes to advancing digital transformation initiatives across both the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies. 

With over 12 years of professional experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), she has developed expertise in requirements engineering, project coordination, ICT governance, and institutional process improvement.

Her diverse professional background encompasses both leadership and technical domains, including software engineering, networking, systems administration, information security, and project management. She has contributed significantly to ICT operations, infrastructure management, and communication technology initiatives, enhancing institutional efficiency and elevating service delivery.

Josette holds a Master’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. She is passionate about leveraging innovative technologies to modernize parliamentary operations and bridge the gap between technical solutions and institutional objectives.

The IT department is responsible for planning, managing, and supporting information and communication technology services that enable efficient and effective parliamentary operations.
