SEMANYENZI Claire

SEMANYENZI FURAHA Claire serves as the Director General of Corporate Services at the Chamber of Deputies, Parliament of Rwanda. She is a Certified Public Finance Management Accountant (CPFMA) holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration, major in Finance and Banking, with over 27 years of extensive experience in corporate governance, operational efficiency, and organizational transformation. 

She oversees key functions including strategic planning, finance, human resources, and administration while collaborating effectively with other government partners and stakeholders. She leads the Corporate Services Department, the backbone of the Chamber of Deputies, ensuring optimal operational efficiency, budgetary integrity, and administrative support.
