Turikumana Emmanuel

The Deputy Clerk serves as the principal deputy to the Clerk and plays a central role in supporting the Senate’s legal and legislative functions. Key responsibilities include, among other things, advising the Bureau of the Senate, Standing Committees, and Senators on legal matters; coordinating Plenary Sittings and Committee work; and overseeing legislative drafting.
