The Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Rwanda is a Branch of CPA International and Africa Region which operates within the Constitution of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Africa Region and its founding rules. Its affairs are managed by an Executive Committee which reports and accounts to the Members and the General Assembly CPA Rwanda Branch.
