On December 5, 2024, members of forums affiliated with the Parliament elected the Executive Committee members.

The forums act as catalysts, think tanks and mobilizers for societal issues. They provide platforms for exchanging ideas that drive change and for developing innovative, suitable solutions to public interest issues in line with their objectives.

The Parliament has four (4) forums composed of Senators and Deputies, as outlined below:

Rwanda Women Parliamentary Forum (FFRP)

The members of this forum elected the following leaders:

•           Hon. Uwizeye Marie Thérèse - President

•           Hon. Mukakarangwa Clotilde - Vice President

Councillors:

o          Hon. Nyirasafari Espérance

o          Hon. Niyorurema Jean René

o          Hon. Gihana Donatha

Parliamentary Forum on Population and Development (RPRPD)

The elected leadership includes:

•           Hon. Uwababyeyi Jeannette - President

•           Hon. Gahamanyi Bibiane Mbaye - Vice President

Councillors:

o          Hon. Karinijabo Barthélemy

o          Hon. Mugisha Alexis

o          Hon. Kanyange Phoebe

Parliamentary Forum for the Prevention of Genocide, Denial, and Genocide Ideology (AGPF)

The members elected the following leaders:

•           Hon. Dusingizemungu Jean Pierre - President

•           Hon. Izere Ingrid Marie Parfaite - Vice President

Councillors:

o          Hon. Uwimbabazi Pénine

o          Hon. Uwizeyimana Evode

o          Hon. Uwumuremyi Marie Claire

African Parliamentarians' Network Against Corruption (APNAC-Rwanda)

The elected committee comprises:

•           Hon. Ngarambe Thélesphore - President

•           Hon. Nyirabazayire Angélique - Vice President

Councillors:

o          Hon. Niwemahoro Wassila

o          Hon. Bideri John Bonds

o          Hon. Kanziza Epiphanie
